- Cancellation allowance up to 4 hours before scheduled appointment, For any missed appointments without cancelling within the allowed time, there will be a full charge on your next visit.

- Customers failing to attend their appointment on numerous occasions without cancelling, may be penalised with an automatic pre-payment request when booking future appointments and if we deem it necessary have their customer log in account suspended indefinitely.
